Pat joined Fletcher & Partners in 1981 after qualifying as a Chartered Secretary and winning a prize for the best tax paper. Whilst with the firm she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a partner in 1991.

Pat is the partner responsible for personnel matters and training for the whole firm in addition to her work with a wide variety of clients including private clients, professional partnerships, farms and small businesses. She has wide experience of equestrian matters, is Treasurer of the Feline Advisory Bureau and is a keen cyclist.
